Yes, not running is the only way. If you don't run they don't have to catch up to you.
I guess people are teaching their kids to run so hopefully one day they can get a nice payday.
Don't commit crime and you never have to worry about it. i.e. Don't drive without insurance. It's illegal. Don't fail to pay child support for your bastard offspring. It's not a hard concept to understand for most.
I haven't seen anyone in this thread condone running from the police. No one. Do you know the definition of condone? Don't worry, I'll spare you the cut and paste. It only takes a modicum of intelligence to realize that if someone in Scott's level of fitness could run two football fields he was frightened beyond belief. Trite, pithy advice doesn't usually work on people like that. Y'all realize you're preaching to the choir here, right? You're doing it for yourselves, not for 'us'. You can stop now. We get it. Those of us who can get it. The ones you need to reach don't read City-Data. Why not do some actual good and get out in the "communities" and share your wonderful insights directly to those most in need of your wisdom.
