Just as a little white kid in a KKK outfit is being poisoned by his parents, so too are little black kids. To think otherwise is to ignore reality.

As to your last comment, what other countries have it right in your view, and in what specific way
I have English black relatives. When they come to America, they're baffled that "blacks" are seen differently and that it's even noticed. They're even astonished by the use of the word "blacks" or African Americans being used as it is. Charlize Theron is an African American, but people dare not group her in with that, or think of her like that, for obvious reasons. They say in England everyone is one race - human.

I have Indian relatives. They laugh about racism here and tell me to stop wondering - but they don't get it. We know India has its caste system, but it's really different. I have Chinese and Pakistanian relatives. Again, laughter all around. They have more biases, but in the end they do NOT understand American ignorance. They think it's childish and ill-formed.

FOUR examples. I know racism in other countries is severely diminished (not gone), and it's not heavily directed towards one group.

England and the USA have totally different histories.

And that's my point. Because America has such a twisted, jacked up history towards blacks, it's little wonder that Americans are purely ignorant and stand alone in their attitude towards black (and their inability to see injustice).

In other countries, they've got it right regarding their treatment of "blacks" (whatever that means).

Totally laughable!

Please go back to grade school and read your history, it is full of blacks selling other blacks into what ever they want to whine about. It really is very old and some of us chose to look forward to a bright future instead making false claims about decent people who had nothing to do with anyone's personal problems.

FYI, my ancestors didn't import anyone as we weren't even here then and today don't associate with violence, drugs, rape, murder and the rest of the mayhem we see on the nightly news. Some walk proudly forward and then there others who refuse to contribute to a healthy society instead becoming an endless drain on our resources.

Well, to be fair, it takes a buyer and a seller for a transaction to happen. By creating a market for slaves in the U.S., it made possible for Africans to export the slaves to the U.S., no? No demand, no supply.

Are you saying Africans created the market for slaves in North America? You do know that the settlers/plantation owners tried enslaving Native Americans first, right? And that didn't work out? Right?

edit: Oh, and they tried enslaving the South Americans/Latin folk too.

Sounds like the colonist sure liked enslaving minorities and had the market all ready for it!

You realize slavery in Africa dates back to 3000BC right?

Any excuse to push the blame to others.

I think we all be well served it we stop rewarding bad behavior just you do with any child. Wonder why it wasn't Africa that made the world's best advancements and contributions to medicine, science, and society. When the media stops giving them so much attention their violence and burning maybe they will move on.
