Great article for right wingers, hatred of the poor and Muslims.
As I think my previous post demonstrates, I'm hardly an Islamophobe. One wing of my "extended" family is (via a sister-in-law's marriage) Iranian, and they were fortunate to escape the madness Khomeini and Co. started 35 years ago.
I am a strong free-market-oriented conservative who understands that personal, expressionary, and economic liberty are linked; tamper with one and the others are compromised. If that means some simple minds can dismiss people like me as "right-wingers", it's their call.
We're not talking about complete loss of the safety net here; it can easily be maintained at some level and if Muslims or any other group, have to eat, they can always go the vegetarian route (though it's certainly not my choice).
I was born here, sorry could not choose my birthplace. Or it would have been Somalia.
No excuse. I was born in this country but have managed to live in three others over the years. There are these neat, new inventions called airplanes. You can Google them! One-way tickets are cheaper.
If you wish you were born there, why aren't you there now?
Well, the date was the end of January 2015. I don't understand why people say this anyway. Obviously, if it's new to me, it's news to me, and it appears to many others also. And, it's not food stamps, but, it does cost the taxpayers, so it may as well be. From the article:
"The Isuroon Project states there is a ‘desperate need’ for a culturally specific halal food shelf in the Minnesota area. This would cost the taxpayers more than $150,000."
Who cares how much more the tax payers have to pay for them as long as they get their demands met?
Apparently, there is confusion about any type of food assistance and ordering what you want at a restaurant. When I order food I want, I'm usually charged for it as there is no such thing as free lunch for most of us.
The issue was over cans of things mixed with pork, like pork and beans that are usually offered. They had a video online to view of the interview. The woman explained that the people can not read the cans to know if they contain pork or not.
In the Islamic countries there is no "welfare" for the lower class and the income gap between the rich and poor is insane. Look at countries like quatar/saudi arabia as examples of countries with extreme wealth that abuse their working class while they sit around collecting money. They **** on their poor people and use them up.
The complete opposite of Europe/United States that has welfare, social security, workers comp, minimum wages, medicare ect.
It's always funny hearing the right wingers talking about getting rid of "handouts" and getting rid of social security/medicaid/medicare ect. That's exactly what they do in most of the middle east. They should go to those countries for a real taste of no social safety net.
Or better yet don't come to this country if they refuse to work. We have our own poor why should we support theirs?
Somalis,,,that is what I thought since this is story coming out of MN....they are the lazy worthless piece of ****s...they screw up their country and now come over here on welfare.....same with their compatriots in Europe too!
They are refugees. The UN sent them here but then again, we agreed to it.
Kenya has asked the UN to stop sending Somali refugees to their country.
Then the UN should support them. I certainly don't want to pay taxes for refugee parasites.
