uh, ok. you posted a nonsensical response to a post somewhere above yours that linked an article about Obama and someone else in an entirely different thread which also linked that article complained about obama, so you thought your nonsensical response would fit right in here, addressed to no one in particular.

With all the negativity surrounding the Baltimore riot, with many seeing it as a way for "thugs " and "hoodrats" to have an opportunity to loot, I think this would be a good article to help put the issue into context.
It's good to see a real socialist attack liberal failures and how awful Democratic control of Baltimore has been for decades.
Young men with nothing to do usually ends badly - they are the most likely group to turn to violence when they're not doing well. That's why the CCC and similar programs during the Great Depression prioritized hiring young people. Youth unemployment among blacks is atrociously high and urban gangs give them a purpose.
People don't riot under normal circumstances so something is clearly wrong.
I worked at an inner city school for a year and quit after that because it was literally scary - they have no role models to look up to besides these gang leaders for whom violence is the answer, where the "jobs" are in the drug, sex trade, etc... If I pissed certain of them off they would threaten me and no job is worth that.
As a result their schools suck - the "American Dream" of getting educated and working your way up through persistence and hard work is complete b.s. to them because they never see it happen.
So yeah, I agree that "if they only had jobs" is part of the problem but the culture has to change - from their perspective it's all rigged and they think this "work hard and get ahead" b.s. is exactly that. From where they stand it does look like it. What's sad is that most people in those communities still believe it but they're kind of a silent majority.
Just as much the wrong approach as to rioting in the first place.
Really? Let's have riots over Freddy Gray? A drug pushing, thieving, lying low life with a rap sheet longer than anyone has a "right" to? This is your poster boy? If the good people of Baltimore who are "protesting" in the streets had any real honor and dignity, Freddy Gray would have been found dead in an alley years ago. What were seeing in Baltimore yesterday and today is the results of cowardice.
To the OP who put up the article about the causes behind the riots, what an utter pile of lies and moronic trash. But typical of the "Don't blame me, I'm a victim of circumstance" mentality that permeates the cities of the nation today.

So, the understandable reaction to that is to riot,pillage and burn according to our dear leaders and the only answer that they can come up with is to get more people on the government teat or feed 'em more from them?

You don't see people in Appalachia rioting, you don't see people in the deep south rioting and burning up their own towns and they are some of the poorest in our nation...

How hard is it to use your brain? It was clear I was being sarcastic. Even if people didn't know who in particular I was mocking, it was obvious I was mocking someone and about what, hench why I posted the 1s.
