Are there any responsible organizations tackling issue of unreasonable police actions?

I am NOT talking about pro-police organizations. Nor am I talking about anti-police actions.
Some organizations with a middle ground stance.

Please post and/or review any such organizations.

Good luck with that. 'Middle-ground organizations' seem to be a rarity these days.

People within police forces and other branches of government tried that. They tried de-militarizing police forces and and removing the warrior culture. They were met with opposition and still are

The courts; just like the other homocides( self defense or not) that happen every 4 seconds in a day.
