There is no coroners report, yet.

But I posted the vid of SA Mosley as she goes through the charges, that might help you in lieu of the COD ME's report.

Many articles have been posted about FG's 80% severed spine and crushed larynx, along with head injury that matches a bolt from the van, which may have caused the internal decapitation.

These are no injuries one could sustain on their own.

You can't stand in the back of that van. Try again.

Is it illegal to arrest someone with active outstanding arrest warrants?

The coroner's report has not been released yet, preliminary results from the autopsy: "the preliminary autopsy on Freddie Gray shows no evidence that his fatal injuries ‒ broken vertebrae and an injured voice box ‒ occurred during his arrest. It does show that he likely received a head injury while being transported, local WJLA reported"

I don't have to "try again". I'm looking for all possible answers, not a lynch mob. You need to calm down.

Well it is a small step in the right direction. Now, if we could just get cops to do their job...which...incidentally is NOT trying to commit more crime but rather to help people and prevent crime....DOH

Trial date in June.

So it appears this is an old warrant from March, 2015 which could have been dealt with.

Nice try tho'
