The only party with a 2nd degree murder charge is Black. Are you saying that it takes White people (and lily white ones at that) for him to have any chance of fair trial?

(Not that I don't believe you as you have apparently convicted all the cops based solely on skin color. Shame that.)

The fact that a couple of people are still defending the cops in this thread is unreal.

They must be corrupted cops themselves, and are posting on here.

Gray was essentially murdered, and the examiner report basically proves it.

This is the bottom line. ^^^^^. We only have initial information right now, more will come out a their trials get underway. But there is absolutely no reason for the residents of that area to do the things they did. They can spout all the "people are frustrated" BS they want, but civilized people behave in civilized manners. The low class idiots we saw in those videos were simply wanting to loot and burn for the hell of it and to get some free goodies.

These arrests of the cops coming so quickly are a way to get the people there to stop the violence.

My prediction:

If those officers are found completely innocent, they will never work again in the Baltimore city government. It's clear the leadership of that government has decided to throw those officers under the bus in order to protect their own hides in allowing these riots to happen. (and of course they are ultimately responsible for how the police dept. operates)

A move to be expected, and in my view appropriate for the moment.

However, there has been no detailed investigation with presentation of its findings, and until then we know precious little.

The amount of spine damage was extraordinary for possibly being self-inflicted.

It means nothing. Homicide ruling by the Coroner does not mean murder.

Sigh, self inflicted? No I don't think so.

I think the chain of events from the initial take down, to the 5 stops, to not using the seat belt to secure FG, to not paying attention or caring enough when you hear another 'human being' screaming in pain, pleading for medical attention, the officers allowed this snowball effect to take place over basic human decency.

The aggression, the brutality, the heinous manner in which this young man died, SA Mosely made the right call.

These Xofficers' will have more due process afforded to them than any other criminal that goes to trial.

We still have a long way to go, this is only the initial charges, there is still evidence that needs to be gotten, ruled on, included or excluded, so don't put the cart before the horse.

This is a step in the right direction for this shows, no one is above the law, as it should be.

Next time when a prisoner who is deemed innocent until proven guilty, just like these men, screams in pain or shouts for medical attention, they need to pay attention.

Yet the medical examiner's findings and forensic evidence are what the supporters of the Darren Wilson, and the grand jury, relied on.

It does mean that FG died at the hands of another. It will be up to a jury to render whether it was murder or not.
