Same people now pushing for the Baltimore DA to recuse, had absolutely no problem saying that the DA on the Ferguson case did not have a conflict of interest with family connection to the police. Just shows have prejudice these CD'ers are.

Same people? Do you have a list of these CD'ers? Perhaps you can produce their names and examples of their statements to back your claims.

SA Mosely isn't going to recuse herself. There is no conflict of interest that I can see.

I think many fear her passion for justice for no one is above the law and she proved it with her extensive investigation that was being conducted the moment she heard of FG's death. She waited for BPD, ME to finish up their reports and investigations.

She comes from a family of LE, she isn't biased just wants equal justice and not one person is above the law.

I love her passion that I believe we will see during trial, if we are lucky enough to have it televised.

Responding to a police union request for a special prosecutor in the case,
Ms. Mosby said she saw no need. She also rejected the union’s suggestion of a
conflict of interest because her husband is a city councilman. His West
Baltimore district includes the area where Mr. Gray was arrested and looting
occurred Monday. “I uphold the law, he makes the laws,” she said.

something that some of you who want to shift all responsibility from the Police Officers involved to Marilyn Mosby should know is that the state attorney's office in Baltimore is staffed with a number of attorneys, and investigators. I doubt if Ms. Mosby was personally involved in this investigation, the way it works in the 'real world' is that staff attorney's and investigators working in the officer prepare a report with a recommendation, the state attorney then acts on the recommendation. Think people, THINK...

Federal control of law enforcement has always been the drumbeat of Obamas administration ... this case will be a great cause for the administration to champion and the people will hand it to him.

There appears to me to be very clear grounds for recusal in this case as previously stated... and also that the da had really no other choice but to charge... overcharging may end up being a tactical error... so I await the "trial"
Did I miss this speech? I checked online, I don't see any speech that she gave referencing 3 black women. As far as the feds, if there is a civil rights violation they will get involved, it would not take Mosby to instigate that and you, of all people, should know that

During the press conference, all those standing behind SA Mosley could have been all that participated in the investigation and discussion of what charges to bring forth, once their portion of investigation was done, along with ME report and BPD's input.
