Crazy thing is one my buddy's is a black police officer and black cops not all but most are more racist and rough on black criminals than the white cops are. Police need to relax a bit, I know they have a tough job and our Criminal Justice system is screwed and favors the rich and criminals and we tend to give criminals a million chances but come on stop the corruption.

I also think the way an incident is handles tells us a lot about the city and how it is managed by law enforcement and other community leaders.

Walter Scott was shot several times in the back, but there was no rioting in Charleston, only peaceful protests.
