My husband and I have watched Jon Jones since the beginning of his career. I'm so disappointed by his recent behavior. I hope he can straighten himself out soon.

Jon Jones' bad behavior is not recent. He's been driving drunk and getting into trouble for years. He's been slipping in the octagon for the last 18 months or so because he doesn't abstain from alcohol during training any more.

Just what the FBI crime stats claim. No surprise here.

That's true. He also failed a drug test for cocaine, but they kind of swept that under the rug because he wasn't in competition when he failed.

I actually really like Jon Jones as a fighter. I want to see him do well. I honestly think the cocaine is a bigger problem than the alcohol. I'm thinking he was probably under the influence of both when he got into his accident. If he was just trying to sober up from alcohol, he wouldn't have had to hide for 36 hours. I think he was trying to get the cocaine out of his system.

They say that you have to hit rock bottom to really see the light when you have a substance abuse problem. He's in the process of losing everything now, so maybe he will finally get the help that he needs.

Do you think he will do prison time? Analysts are saying yes, but I'm thinking no. I bet he will do a ton of community service and will be on probation.

I doubt he'll do any time. He's a celebrity. He'll end up going to rehab, doing community service, and be back in the octagon in a year.
