He only surrendered voluntarily because there was a photo of him committing the crime, it was only a matter of time before the police pick him up. Surrendering may help sway the judge to give him a lighter sentence, but I highly doubt it. They are going to make examples of all the rioters, this kid was screwed the moment the photo was taken. At least the Klan had the good sense wear hoods to protect there identities when they went out to commit crimes, Now a days there is video everywhere, next time he goes out to riot maybe he'll have the common sense to wear a mask.

Maybe he should get enough sense to NOT riot, and cause mayhem! Ever think of that?
