Not at all.

She saw the evidence, she scoured the streets for CCTV video, I think she is confident enough to know she has good cause to bring charges and might even win some convictions.

I like her passion, she was outraged with the injuries FG died from.

He was not treated humanely, is my belief.

I believe it would be best to err on the side of caution, instead of deeming someone faking their injuries as 'jailitis'.

So the video camera in the van was not working, hmmmm.
