Let's see, the "poor" here have apartments, cell phones, cars and government handouts. Does that count?

Now I've been to a few places where there are actually poor people. World of difference. I'm a first generation immigrant and my father once told me: in America, there is no such thing as poor people, there are lazy people.

Of course, there are exceptions such as the elderly and others who cannot physically work but there are plenty of able bodied people who can work but choose not to.
