I guess he had a non-refundable reservation at Hedonism XXIII. . . .

Well, unlike going into a fit of rage and berating, verbally abusing, or attacking a TSA officer which IIRC carries some stiff penalties, the consequences for this are probably less severe. Plus, I don't think this bans him from flying.

I'm not sure what law he might have broken. I assume Charlotte has some sort of "you shouldn't be naked on city property" law.
