Chicago. A city with daily shootings, killings, completely corrupt politicians, huge budget problems, and a slowly dying economy and yet we get huge amounts of false outrage over a staged photo.
What a couple of dumbasses. We had some cops where I live get in trouble when they had shirts made up that said BDRT ( stood for baby daddy removal team)
You just can't do stuff like that. It's unprofessional and God knows if you ever find yourself in front of a jury, some lawyer is gonna dig that stuff up.

Yes! Things like that always gets out. The photo does look staged, stupid but staged. This was 15 years ago now? I dont think anything will come of it.
Because of the comical expression on the face of the black man, it looks like this was a staged photo, with a willing participant. Neither cop is still a member of the police force.
Article says it "agonized" before publishing the photo. Really? A photo that was taken between 1999 and 2003? Just another stir to the pot.
That is a pretty silly photo. I didn't know the "deer" had been arrested and the photo was taken at the police station. I thought they were all a bunch of buddies who probably had one too many beers and were messing around.
The photo reminds me of the ones taken at Gitmo where the detainees were made to form naked pyramids and female guards pointed at their man bits.
Did anyone else notice the psycho serial killer death stare from the guy with the hat? I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley.
The officer is in for 15 years. He must have done some bad stuff. Still, funny this just came to light. More fuel for the race fire.
