I'm at the age where all the smokers I know are dead now. They didn't die of lung cancer, they died of one of the many other ailments smoking is responsible for.

Daniel Pearl was abducted and beheaded in 2002. There was no Pamela Geller, Muhammad cartoons or biker gangs. When are you going to realize that they do what they do. It DOESN’T matter what we do.
I usually feel really guilty when I upset extremists and cause them to attack me, and I apologize to them for not understanding them well enough
