Ugh, I totally lost my appetite

Cops use DNA analysis to prove Chili's waiter spit in customer's drink

Quote:
A New York man who suspected that a Chili’s restaurant waiter had spat into his drink got the law involved, and investigators were able to determine who spit into the drink using DNA analysis, according to court documents.
More details at the link above.

And yes, these things happen.

This wouldn't be my first experience with spit in a drink at Chili's. First and only time I ever went the service was so slow and horrible, I actually had to ask another waitress where our's was and if we could please get another drink as it had been a good 15 or 20 minutes since our waitress had even been in the area and our drinks had been gone for quite some time. When my new drink got to the table it was very clear that there was spit inside of it. Needless to say we don't go there anymore, even if someone offers it on them.

No worse than making out with a random hideous heifer in your drunken stupor. So I am told.

Why do the wait staff at some of these places think it is funny to mess with someones food?

How would they like it if it were done to them?

Is it that they think they are winning or having the last word with a jerky customer?

Years ago a friend of a friend thought it would be funny to pee in the lemonade at the mall food court Orange Julius where he was working. The guy was a stupid teenager. I guess he thought it was funny when someone ordered and drank his lemonade.

Pretty sick.
