Rights do not require input, expense, or work of another person. Ruling that HC is a right fails all three unless we are preventing something like a person applying band-aids (they buy, they apply, no one else needed) to themselves.

This > "Rights do not require input, expense, or work of another person is just nonsensical."
I have the right to a trial by my peers- that requires a judge to manage the trial and jurors willing to participate.
I have a right to petition the government for redress. That requires a government body with the capability of acting on my petition.
I have a right to vote but it requires poll workers and election officials for me to exercise that right.

Should I keep going?
Great nations that care about their citizens make it a right. Call it a national right.
It's a three legged stool. Great nations Provide for defense, economy and health of the citizen through a mutually beneficial system of contribution and support.
It is what it is.
I'm glad the ACA was upheld, but I sure hope I never have to enroll. The cost would be prohibitive. I hope my employer and DHs keep on offering truly affordable healthcare options.
(The annual premium cost for DH and I on the Silver Plan would be $14,612 per year with a maximum out of pocket of $13,200. How is that remotely "affordable?!?)

what does a Porsche have to do with this discussion?
If the government is subsidizing healthcare, I want my subsidized Porsche.
