The gloves are off?

At a campaign event in Phoenix, Az., on Saturday, Trump revealed his plans to fine Mexico $100,000 for each unauthorized immigrant who crosses the U.S. border if elected president. Somewhere along the lines, El Chapo caught wind of Trump's comments, and took to his Twitter to call out the presidential hopeful.

"Continue f---ing around and I will make you swallow all your ***** words f---ing white [slur for those with blonde or red hair]," El Chapo wrote in a tweet to Trump on Sunday.

No. He's probably dumb enough to engage in a 'twitter war' with him. That is the Donald's usual response.

Seems like maybe it actually is something Trump should worry about? I mean... it's not just some random kid on Twitter, he's actually a violent crime lord. Is that really El Chapo's twitter account?

Apparently. Daily Mail said Trump called the FBI.

Oh, I don't know, if you are going to shake in your boots over anything, it would be a threat from an escaped billionaire Mexican cartel boss that you chose to personally insult. Remember, El Chapo can just pay some Mexican twins (think Breaking Bad) to take out Mr. Trump; he doesn't need to be in the US himself. I am pretty certain that Mr. Trump will be looking over his shoulder for a very long time. Wouldn't you? I know I would . . .

Would be shocked if El Chapo had a twitter account...would also be shocked if he engaged in a high profile beef with a one percenter from the USA...these guys survive by keeping their violence limited to the lower wealth classes and putting money into the hands of the powerful...and yes, the Donald is shaking in his boots because El Chapo may be one of the few people crude, rich, powerful and violent enough to actually be able to hurt him...now the Donald is rich enough to hurt El Chapo right back but I don't think he really wants that kind of problem

El Chapo already has an army, and Trump has not.

BTW, I am not electing either of them !
