I wonder how they are going to pull it off though? Seems police, ambulance, fire, and some emergencies would arise where people need to get somewhere fast. Maybe it's only a small area? Maybe I should do more research and not ask lol

I imagine they have a backup plan for medical and other health types of emergencies. Those types of vehicles would have a green light in spite of the no car rules by the average citizens.
