He is no question successful, but not the "most successful". I hope his replacement is another moderate, not an idiot war monger that is looking to make a ton of money with a company like Halliburton. Goodness! Anyway, Rolling Stone is a bit over the top with their article, but he is no doubt very successful as our current president. No one could argue against that, unless they truly are living under a rock, or a stone. Yeah, that was a pun. lol

It's a global war on terror. Iraq's history of support for terrorists and it's violation of 19 consecutive UN Security Council resolutions and kicking out WMD inspectors may have had something to do with it. The attack on Iraq was debated for over a year, in public. It's not like the reasons for our intervention there is some cosmic mystery.

If successful means Obama has achieved most of the things he wanted to do while in office, YES he has been a huge success. He has humbled the United States, brought us down almost to Third World status. To quote? "Our friends do not trust us and our enemies no longer fear us". IOW he has been a disgrace.

But I thought that he had been plagued by the "do nothing" congress that has blocked him at every turn.

A hippy magazine read by stoners while they are sitting on the toilet. Good thing it has lots of pictures.

Rolling Stone? The ones who brought us Joe "Bite me" Biden and the epic campus frat-mega-rape party in Virginia that no one can find?

If I were Obama, I don't think I'd put this on my resume...

I think you missed the point. And the context. But hey, Rock On.
