Joe Deters makes a ******* SJW **** appeasement speech.
The full video shows that a bottle of gin was found in the car, the officer had to explain three times why he was pulled over, driver repeatedly refuses to show his license.
Tensing: be straight with me, are you under suspension.
Dindubose: Naw I not under suspension
License was suspended
Tensing reaches into car to try to turn off ignition, car takes off, Tensing was not standing when shot was fired, gets up much closer to the parked car at the side of the road as a result of being dragged
I saw the video. I think the officer overreacted when the guy tried to take off, but it was questionable, so you have to side with the officer on this one.

Huh? Did you watch the same video that I did? How on earth can you side with the officer here?
Why did the cop take off running? Where was he running to?
