Hmmm, I wonder why this video starts only after the guy is about to get pulled out . . . . You have to show the entire encounter for us to get the whole picture.

Also, I don't see any "beating", just restraining.

I think the cops used appropriate force in this case.

Mick

I know about a dozen "privileged idiots" who could use the same lesson; double-parking is usually the practice of people who have no respect for anyone else's rights.

If it cost him a healthy fine, so much the better.

In related news, parking violations have since plummeted across the greater New York metropolitan area.

I'm tired of the cop bashing. Let's get back to cracking skulls with nightsticks! the end result will be the same, but the complainants will have valid complaints.

Where was the "beating"? must have missed that part

i find it interesting that the video doesnt show prior to him being pulled out of the car....conveniently left out? hmmmmmmmmmm

i thought the cops showed great restraint in not arresting the other idiots getting in their face

When did cops start pulling people out of cars and "restraining" them instead of writing a parking ticket?

Maybe the officer asked for license and regis and the driver said F**k off?

Maybe the officer instructed the driver to get out of the car and he said no?
