Watched part of this and agree. There are ways to properly handle a situation without them getting out of hand, generally speaking.

I'm a woman..a minority (african descent too)...and I've basically flirted and baby-faced my way out of numerous tickets with white male cops. Of course, that doesn't work for men. But that goes to show how attitude really does affect situations...
