There is not a single person on CD or any other Internut forum that can tell the difference between a real gun and a airsoft gun if the red or orange tip is removed and someone is holding it and out in public.

Why do people that carry guns that aren't in a state where open carry is legal, carry guns? To play?
Ok, walk in downtown Oakland or Baltimore until someone points a gun at you and then report back what your assumptions were at the time?
Assuming anything other than the person with a gun intends to use it is how you end up dead and they end up playing the part of the donkey. Now start thinking past the nonsense ok? Do you think any cop cares what race a person holding a gun is? They see the gun. They don't see race, age or anything else, nor should they nor do they need to.

The person who needs to do the assuming is the IDIOT that has the gun. THEY need to assume what the cop will think. Duh.
It is also fascinating how people feel that they are justified in destroying other peoples property because they are upset about police violence.
Well that goes back to the days of Martin Luther King Jr. There were two camps of giving blacks equal rights. You had the peaceful ways of MLK and the more militant and somewhat violent ways of Malcolm X and then Stokley Carmichael. Towards the end of MLK's life, there was more and more violence at his rallies such as the Chicago rally for equal housing. Then when MLK died, it was met with a LOT of race riots in response because the peaceful portion lost their star. On top of the disenfranchised people from the end of MLK's life (like Stokley and his followers) and those saddened over MLK's murder.

Let me shed some light on this philosophy of " Black Lives Matter " when city , county , state government forces .....sworn law enforcement officers gun down and otherwise murder unarmed African American , there is a system to press for a remedy to ours concerns ( We Live Under The Rule Of Law ). When the UNDERCLASS of African American here in the USA murder people of theirs own race what form of Government or Rule Of Law Does The Underclass have to press for changes within the African American Community ???????

Since gun control is the answer to murders, how about we start with Blacks and simply make it illegal for a Black to possess a gun, period. In this way, any Black seen with a gun is automatically a criminal and therefor no assumptions need be made, defended nor questioned.
According to gun control people, the murder rate for Black on Black should go down to almost nil barring the occasional knife fight or head bashing.
Now before all the race bait hate people start in, look at it this way. If it solves the problem with black on black murders and so on, then it will be a victory of monumental proportions and who could argue with the result?
Furthermore consider this, any police officer shooting a black would have to explain another reason other than a gun to validate their fear of being killed. After all, if blacks were not allowed to have guns then surely no cop would be faced with the prospect of being killed by a black who had a gun and therefore that entire scenario wouldn't happen. If the cop did shoot, the excuse that the person had a gun wouldn't wash.
If the gun control people are correct, then they should jump at the chance to do this. If the proclaimed leaders of the black population are correct, they should jump too, they could get behind a new way to solve a huge problem. Obama should also jump, this would be part way to realizing his dream of reducing gun violence and at the same time show the blacks lead well and set good examples.

I would not shoot them until I told them to put the weapon down and not point it at me...that's if I was a sworn law enforcement officer.
In either situation lives should matter regardless one receives more publicity mainly because the person arrested is not supposed to die in a police cruiser while in police custody whether the cops or the victim are black or white. The other efforts and institutions in place to bring awareness to black killing other blacks are overshadowed to the point people don't even know they exist.
