I never understood why Subway kept him on as a spokesman. His weight loss was years ago and he had no natural charisma or good looks. I saw some kind of ad on Hulu or something about Jared where they never even mentioned his weight loss as though he were a personality apart from that. Just bizarre. Wonder if he had something on the Subway execs...
So, was it confirmed child porn like most people assume it was? I read an article where these two freaks filmed themselves having sex with 15-17 year old prostitutes? Bad enough, but not what I think most people imagine when they think "child porn".
Not bad payday for a 15-17 year old (at the time) female prostitute (Jerad should have asked for ID from the hookers). Constitutes a pretty nice tip.
They, so far as I know, are not getting the money.. The $100k/each goes to the kids in the videos that were recorded in his foundation persons bathroom.

I never heard this version of it.. He paid 2 16 or 17 year olds (Questionable about the exact ages) for sex, which the feds would have no real say in, other than the fact he crossed state lines to do it..
Then, outside of that.. He had a 'cache' of child porn that his foundation director had created. The majority of which was hidden camera filming kids in a bathroom at his house from what I have read. But, apparently there was other as well.. Because.. If we get technical.. A video of a kid in the bath and/or changing clothes on its own, even if recorded without their knowledge, does not meet the qualifications to be child porn. If it did.. Every parent who has ever taken a photo of their kid in the bath would be locked up. So, there had to be sexual activity on at least some of the files.
The guy basically had a free ride through life as a b-list celeb, by just keeping the pounds off and starring in commercials and the like. But he decided to play with fire, and now here are the consequences.
