Domestic Disturbance Dispute, but it looks like he was surrendering and had his hands up when he was shot.
Video at the website.

Quote:
The video, taken by a bystander and obtained by KSAT-TV, appears to show Flores standing still with his arms raised just before two shots are heard. Flores drops to the ground. The video doesn't include audio of deputies' commands or Flores' response, and the scene is partially obscured by police vehicles and passing cars.
The authorities don't like that the video was released - it contradicts their story that he resisted.

Unedited video just released.
KSAT.COM EXCLUSIVE: Unedited video of fatal deputy-involved...

Note they did not offer any medical assistance after he was down and if he *was* armed, his hands were in the air when the shots were fired.

Hmmm... wonder if there is a dash cam or something. The man did look like he was evading the police for a bit before he put his hands up.

Already got a thread on this... I think it's titled "Another Police Execution" or something like that.
