Kim Davis released, barred from interfering with licenses - CNNPolitics.com

I got no problem with this woman adhering to her religious beliefs in not wanting her name on SSM certificates but if her job is to give marriage licenses to SS couples and she refuses to do it wouldnt the more prudent course of action be for her to step down from the position saying the job conflicts with her religious principles rather than continuing on not doing her job but still collecting a paycheck at tax payers expense.

First place she should go is a hair salon. Looks ridiculous a woman that age with hair that long. Donate the hair to Locks of Love.

This woman is lucky to have this job, in her area if she didn't have a county job she would be a cashier at Walmart.

Her religious beliefs forbid her from cutting her hair.

Apparently those beliefs didn't prevent her from getting married four times and having babies with a bunch of different men. And those beliefs didn't prevent her from accepting a job that she is apparently unable to perform.

She needs to resign. If you can't do you job, resign. She apparently is unable to distinguish between civil marriage (a nonreligious contract between two people) and religious marriage, so if she's that stupid, she's probably unfit for any type of employment.

Except for an elected position at the taxpayers expense. For that, stupidity wouldn't necessarily disqualify her.... unfortunately.

Education is key.

She did all of those things BEFORE she became a Christian. I know it is really hard not to try and throw stones at a Christian as often as possible, but she did NONE of those things while she held any Christian beliefs.

The state of Kentucky did not allow SSM when she won the election.

Then she should have resigned her position as soon as that happened.

You could argue that but it is factually incorrect to claim

"And those beliefs didn't prevent her from accepting a job that she is apparently unable to perform".
