People whine about work on Facebook all the time. Bitching about the job/boss is a time honored tradition and is open to all professions. Before Facebook it was at the bar after work, or over the dinner table.

I wish it would stay that way. Complaining about work on FB is the equivalent of complaining to every Tom, Dick and Harry on your commute home. Not the same as keeping it private.
