No, this is not an SNL skit. This is what Obama said tonight. He actually said the most powerful rebuke to what ISIS did in Paris is to go the global climate conference in Paris next week. I don’t think ISIS will ever do this again.

I think what he is trying to say is very simple:By going to Paris with a bunch of other world leaders they as a group are openly defying ISIS, because a lot of important people are in one area, and they aren't living in fear by rescheduling the conference or moving it to a different city because of security risks, thus openly defying ISIS.
That isn't that hard at all to understand please tell me your being sarcastic.

I agree with that, and I understand it, but let's not pretend that's the "most powerful rebuke." I bet you ISIS does not give 2 sh*ts about who is where and when (actually maybe they do, and maybe it makes Paris more of a target). They are a bunch of crazies who just want to carry out these awful plans and literally take over the world. What is ACTUALLY the most powerful rebuke against ISIS is to bomb the hell out of them, destroy their supply and cash flow, and try to disrupt their social media feeds. The most powerful rebuke is to destroy them. Not all go to Paris at once.

Will they be dining at one of those cozy sidewalk cafes fully exposed like those poor soles or will they arrive in their bulletproof limos guarded by bodyguards carrying automatic weapons? I too can defy ISIS like this.
