Regardless of how much makeup you wear, how long you grow your hair, how high your heels are and what you change your name to...if you have a set of balls and a penis, you're male. End of discussion.


Now, if you have the 'balls' (pun intended) to get your balls and penis cut off, then I might consider calling you Miss. Until then, you're still Mr.

Whether you would consider calling them miss or not, they are still, and always will be a biological male. There is no way to change that fact on the genetic level.

The simple solution by employers is just not to hire people in transition. Or for that matter, anyone that seems in some sort of sexual identity crisis. I know if I ran a HR office and a freak like Jenner showed up looking for work, I'd show it the door in a heart beat. We already have enough on our plates without the added "PC" pressure of a he/she going into the ladies restroom and whipping it out and claiming equal rights.

Such “discrimination” is “unlawful,” not only in single-stall bathrooms and showers, but in group facilities and locker rooms. “Forcing a transgender or gender non-conforming person to use the single-occupancy restroom” is an example the NYC Pronoun Ban gives of illegal “discrimination.
Wait what....
The part with the locker rooms and showers, does this only stand for little kids or in general?

Because if spun a bit further what would be stopping some man to just waltz into the female showers in his local gym just to declare later that he "identifies" as a woman........

I would hope that ulterior motives be easily identified and dealt with accordingly, although I understand the logic behind what you're saying.
