Police say a traffic stop led to the discovery of weapons and drugs at the home of a 33-year-old alleged gang member.
Khamprasong Thammavong was stopped by a Fresno police officer Monday night, the police department said in Facebook post. Thammavong, who police say is a documented member of the Laos Bloods gang, is on probation, which means authorities can search his home after a stop.
How can a human being have that much tattoo on their face of all places and expect to have a decent quality of life? Who in their right mind will hire this guy besides the bad guys? wow.
With a face like that, one can assume that he's been to prison on several occasions before.... this is the type that the 3rd strike rule was created for.
Laos Bloods gang.............ummm and to think some people think we have no gang problems in the USA. People either get free tats or selling drugs makes them enough money to destroy their looks. What is up with ink addiction!

This is what we get from bringing immigrants here.......my thought is those who come here on their own free will do not join gangs. These gangs started in the 70's when Asians started being located in southern California in their own communities and told they didn't have to fit into American ways. They are as known as the Bloods & Crips.
