If she was really trying to spook a police horse in the middle of a crowd, then she was trying to get lots of people (her fellow protesters) hurt. If she thought it through, then it was a horrifically calculated act and $500 bail was way too low.
What an idiot. Thankfully those horses are well trained. A lot of people could have been hurt if that horse had reacted.
A few years ago at my college a guy got arrested for throwing a glass beer bottle at a police horse. They were trying to break up this crazy riot at a frat house and I guess the guy wasn't happy about it. I think the whole frat got in huge trouble and maybe shut down..Can't remember. People do stupid ****.
I agree with the mucking of the horse stalls, ALL of 'em for a couple of months, during the summer of course. Hopefully she'll get stepped on once or twice or at least backed up into a stall wall by a leaning horse. At least that way she'll get SOME idea what could happen when a freight train of an animal gets loose.
Speaking of horses. I was at football camp and a horse passed by up wind and broke wind. We couldn't get away from the smell. I know that horse laughed later that day. It was done on purpose.
Isn't it sad that we NEED police on horseback at Trump's rallies? I've been to many, many political gatherings in my lifetime and I've never seen the kind of mayhem this man is inspiring.

That's exactly what she was trying to do. She should be charged with attempting to incite a riot.
