Rob Ford Dead: Cancer Claims Former Toronto Mayor At Age 46

This guy had a lot of personal problems, but he seemed to care about the city and its residents. If nothing else, he was always newsworthy.

Care about the city? Seems he should have gotten on a bicycle many years ago. I personally think he was a big idiot and the furthest thing from a progressive. My advice. Get out there and get in shape. Ride a bike int he more progressive cities like Pittsburgh, Portland, DC, Denver and others. Don't be like folks in Toronto, get with the times.

Riding a bike isn't going to give you immunity from cancer. RIP Mayor Ford.

Haaar! Pittsburgh, Portland, DC, Denver ...more progressive than Toronto...??? You just forgot to use that sarcasm emoji I guess.

As to Ford being an overweight, self indulgent, irresponsible idiot...no argument from me on that one.

RIP Mr. Ford. He was a well liked effective mayor despite the substance abuse struggles. This is sad news.

He was not a bad person, and so is worthy of respect.
