Funny, how times have changed. At the time the contract was written, AA may not have foreseen all the "good ideas" that Mr. Rothstein had. Lol! We've become a more litigious society since then. Now we'd say AA left too may loop holes in the contract. Maybe AA should give him his $250,000 back for the original pass so they can say they refunded his money.
Meh. He fraudulently used his pass. It's one thing to use a pass for yourself or a companion, but to use it for fake names when you didn't know who your companion is. That's the fraud.
If he would of said me and joe bubbaloo are flying to Ny today give me two tickets and he and Joe bubbaloo were the people flying, ok hey that's great.
