And harming one's mother. Fathers, however, are different matter.

My guess would be to send it to the correctional facility the man is currently serving a life sentence at.

And according to the linked article, it was a fight---and probably not related to the fact that the dead man killed the child. It could have been some ridiculous reason why they were fighting.
All lives may be sacred at birth and as children, but many forfeit that sacredness as they grow up to commit unspeakable criminal acts.

That inmate may have brutally murdered the last person who sent him a thank you card.

And so this justifies someone while a ward of the state being killed at the hands of someone else probably convicted of an 'unspeakable criminal act'?

If the lack of brainpower on this thread could be actually collected and stored it would surely be enough to sink a battleship . . .

Yes, I'm sure the cellmate was really a nice guy who was in the same prison as the baby-murderer because he stole a candy bar.

Baby killer was in for life......died of a crushed larynx

Prison/CD hero was in for 18 years for assault and other charges. He has an 8 +11 year old which he speaks highly of. Now with his new case, he will never see those kids outside of prison visiting rooms. Got to wonder if killing a guy and spending the rest of his own life in prison is worth it to him....
