No, you flunk. Question #1 asks about about number of attempts, not completions.
It's extra funny that you were trying to call out someone else. . .
What? No, he uses 13 bullets per drive-by so after two drive-by's he'd only have 4 left in the mag and have to scrounge and reload.
Well, that is unless he tapes two magazines together.
But the thing is, Ramon never got a chance to get to the second drive-by because he got pulled over for an expired registration and was busted for possession of an illegal firearm.

<<Cue heavy sigh>>
He starts with 30 rounds. He attempts (and completes) his first shooting, using 13 rounds. He then attempts (and completes) his second shooting, using another 13 rounds. So far, he has expended 26 of his 30 rounds. He then attempts his third shooting. However, he is unable to complete it, as he only has 4 rounds left.
A 40% hit rate is simply too low. He should keep the AK on semi auto and take some time aiming. Ramon needs some more instruction and target practice. Hopefully he will get some time practicing being the target.
According to Snopes, the quiz, known as the "L.A. Math Test," has circulated on the Web for years as a "joke" and Bolser is far from the first idiot to distribute it to students.
Are you sure that's Snopes and not Snoops as in Snoop Dogg - as I can imagine Snoop Dogg writing those Questions about Ho's and Eigh balls of Coke -

Look, I knew 'common core' was tough, but this is ridiculous.
