no. If she had killed him after getting tested for AIDS, it would have been premeditated murder. Killing him now allows her to claim temporary insanity/severe stress.

I can not help but speculate that the homeowner with the security camera installed it specifically because he/she had issues with or concerns about those two.

She definately looks a bit like one of those anti drug advert after pictures, with the words 'this is what happens if you do Crystal Meth'.
