Uh, what tipped you off, the large amount or that the guy looked like he lived under a bridge ?

Yep, we Floridians get our share of idiots down here for sure.

Don't feel too bad Don, we've got our share of whackos up here in my neck of the woods too.

Sounds like the guy in the OP needs some serious medication.

I don't think any restaurant could be popular enough for 30 million diners at once...unless maybe it was an underwater Chick Fil A!

Or maybe a $2.99 all you can seafood buffet / casino that accepts EBT and small children who eat for free. The lines for such a place would be a mile long and forget about parking just add regular bus service lines to the place. Talk about a mix of people what would eat there...it would be the people of Wal-Mart but instead they are an underwater restaurant where good ol boy Bubba and homeboy La'Trell would be fighting over crab legs.

from the article

In addition to a forgery count, Waters was charged with unlawfully carrying Chinese stars and possessing bath salts. He was released after posting $23,000 bail.
bath salts????????????????? WTF now thats against the law too????

I can just hear the police now... "Stop right now, put your hand in the air and drop the bath salts where we can see them or we'll shoot you dead"

These were not the bath salts you are probably thinking of, but are the designer illegal ones that are sold in c stores, etc. From the look of this guy I was guessing meth but bath salts works, too.

And if anyone is ever curious about why these designer drugs are illegal, this should be all the explanation they need -

I had planned to make the restaurant 80 million sq. feet and able to accommodated (sic) 30 million eaters at once, plus it was gonna be totally underwater so people could look at sharks while they ate. But the bank wouldnt give me my money they owed me.
