The neighbor who witnessed the blonde girl park her car with the dead body in the windshield said that he thought that it had to be fake because the scene was so surreal. He also stated that he is traumatized, understandably.

Yeah, it was Chicago I think and she'd been doing drugs. I think at the trial it came out that the guy could have lived if she'd gotten medical help but instead died in her garage.

Probably because we get enough threads about crimes etc. caused by illegals and Mexicans around here and they didn't want to be seen as piling on so she referred to her as "blonde girl".
