Largest pro bodybuilder was Greg Kovacs who's competition arms were 25" (27" off-season) and chest was 70". Competition weight 335 lbs. but blew up to 420 lbs. off season. Man it's hard to get my head around a 25" arm and 70" chest. Just think about it.

Died at 44 due to heart failure, translation: 'roids.

Kovacs was an especially extreme case where he just kept overloading drugs because sponsors wanted him to be massive and he had to keep adding weight to stay ahead and remain a giant in the ads.

Eventually his entire body just fell apart.

This isn't just steroids - it's synthol abuse.

Synthol is essentially an oil that is used to give an increasingly larger appearance but the muscles appear smooth/bloated like this.

Could he actually be gay in Iran? Don't Muslims, both Sunnis and Shias, stone gays and throw them off buildings? I guess those religious nut freaks would think twice about throwing him off any building.....they might be the ones getting tossed. Go Hercules!

Are you sure it was roids or could it have been that the human heart is not meant to push blood around that much mass?

Wingnuts are trained to have a Pavlovian response whenever they hear 'Iran'.

'Forgive them, they know not anything about anything'

That dude is massive.
