Get that? They already know it won't stop the rape, so the onus is on the woman to report it after the fact. OR before it happens, if they're simply concerned.

I'm not sure what this means, but again, it sounds like the blame is being placed on either booze or the non-traditional roles in the country - and not where it squarely belongs - on the animals committing the crime because that's THEIR culture.
I have an idea. Why don't they start reducing rapes by sending back all of the criminals they've taken in?
I'm not a fan of certain demographics, but is it possible a lot of these 'attacks' are actually the Swedish women being overly-friendly or welcoming of the attention these guys are reigning down upon them?
I've heard that in England a lot of the white native women gravitate towards the flashy Middle Eastern males.

Unfortunately, a theater is a gun free zone... but I dare them to step outside that zone and start behaving like they do in parts of Europe.
