This has very little, if anything, to do with the crime, but I remember having to wear a swim cap (and still do in some pools). It's to keep hair out of pools and also to keep someone from having their hair caught in a drain, so
I'm curious, do people wear swim caps at Disney? Since girls with long hair put their buns into swim caps, I'm sure a guy could, too.

My first thought on seeing his picture was that if he were cap-less, then grabbing his hair would be a good way to capture him. How did he manage to grope so many people without getting caught?

I've never seen anyone wearing a swim cap at a public pool unless they were swimming laps. I doubt anyone is swimming laps in a Disney wave pool.

Those wave pools can be pretty crowded and when the wave hits, it's not totally uncommon to bump or brush into other people. Plus, like what happened in our situation, it's just not something you expect and can be pretty jarring before you realize what's going on and then can do something then the guy is gone. I wouldn't be shocked if he did this to quite a few more people that day.

I have been " groped" in assorted public places since I was a preteen, a long, long time ago. This includes public pools, beaches, concerts, buses, trains, elevators, schools, stadiums, tree lighting ceremonies and in a revolving door in the former 1 WTC when creep maneuvered into the same partition as me. He departed into the crowds in an instant.

The country/ world is chock full of boys/ men who seek opportunities to grope girls/ women.

Having said this, groping and kicking at crowded wave pools as people attempt to regain their balance, is common stuff.
