They're already planning on building in NC (Cary), but they're getting pushback from some residents there. That's very common, but they always win. They either succeed in getting the zoning changed, or they simply acquire another spot. Once they make the decision to enter a market, it's a done deal. And moving their corporate headquarters will be next.
Interestingly, Wegmans closed their store across the street from this Brawl-mart--they saw the writing on the wall, and built a nice superstore farther into the town.
