Actually the real victims are those reading your crap on these forums.

The craziest part to me is that the woman was perfectly normal looking. She looked like anybody's middle-aged mother. I felt horrified on her behalf and completely disgusted by this "model's" behavior. I hope she gets prosecuted. What a violation!

I would still consider a locker room/sauna/open dressing area as a private area, like a men's bathroom with a urinal. You don't go in there expecting to have photos taken, there IS a reasonable expectation you go there to dress and undress or do your business among others doing the same - not to be exposed beyond that.

The Cal law needs to be tightened up.
Actually, California law is pretty clear about it. Lax, but clear. The model's behavior falls under the California "invasion of privacy" statues. It says that it is against the law to secretly videotape someone in partial or full states of undress when they have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" in places such as changing rooms, i.e. in locker rooms. The fact that she was naked in front of other people is irrelevant; she expected that no one would film her nudity. And any person with an ounce of decency wouldn't. Violation of this statute is a misdemeanor and results in a fine of up to $1000 and jail time of up to 6 months. As for the second part of her behavior, posting the naked photo of the woman on the internet and ridiculing her, that person probably broke another law when she did posted the photo on Snapchat.

That's right. That's exactly right. That's the society we live in. Beautiful women get pu**y passes left and right. This one will too. Some guy with more money than decency will step in to her rescue as a "gentleman". And let's not forget professional athletes, celebrities, millionaires, and politicians. There absolutely is a double standard and two tiered "justice" (just us?) system that allows those with good looks, wealth, or connections to get a free pass while others pay through the nose. It's always been that way. Money and/or good looks ALWAYS trumps principle in the end. It always will be. Mark my words. This woman that's being vilified today WILL have the last laugh once all the dust and vitriol settles and this incident is forgotten (I give it a week, two tops thanks to our myopic attention spans and an assurance that another outrageous story will come along, pushing this one back into obscurity). Our culture thrives on good looks, sex appeal, narcissism, and belittlement. For all of you who are condemning her actions, please continue to do so. I guarantee you that just as many if not more are sitting on the sidelines cheering her on.

She needs to be on the sex offender registry. A man would be on that without a second thought.

Not quite all of us. I still detest Jane Fonda for her behavior during the Vietnam war.

Thank you for posting this. When I posted California law, I only quoted a very small, relevant portion due to the fact it was very long. I also posted a link to the entire law for further reference.

I agree, though, that the law could be stronger especially in these times when sick people go around taking photos of people without asking permission.

I agree with this. She may perceive this as a joke but it's still wrong. She should still be treated equally in the eyes if the law. If a man were to have to register as a sex offender for doing this, so should she.

I looked up a pic of her. What's with the HUGE mouth? Holy jumping Jesus she looks like Bruce the shark from Finding Nemo
I did too..... big lips, too much makeup required Then I found one of her with no makeup..... pretty average.
