A 90-year-old woman’s death this week is the first alligator-related fatality in state history, according to the S.C. Department of Natural Resources.
Bonnie Walker was reported missing Wednesday morning from Brookdale Charleston, the West Ashley assisted-living facility where she was a resident. Her body was found in a retention pond behind the property a few hours later.
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office ruled her death accidental. The cause was “multiple sharp and blunt force injuries” consistent with those made by an alligator.
RIP. Im sure she got confused and fell in.....Why have alligators in a pond next tot a nursing home anyways?
You go through the Great Depression essentially forfeiting your childhood (she was 3-4 when it hit) and adolescence....you go through WWII.....you go through the Korean War, McCarthyism, JFK and Bobby getting whacked, Johnson and McNamara really f'in up Viet Nam war, Nixon and his antics, Carter and his stupidity, Regan and his quirks, Bush 1.0, Bill, never-met-an-intern he didn't like along with a cast of other dolls, Bush 2.0, Barrack, if you can believe it, and now perhaps Hillary.....
Only to die at age 90, by an alligator....geesh, what is the world coming to.....
What a terrible way to look at the world. Is there any evidence of your theory, or is that just what you would do?
It is what it is.......If I were forced to live in an abusive, unsanitary, stinking nursing home, because I was a burden on my family, I'd rather be alligator food too.
