I did! LOL. I couldn't connect to the video and article that was originally posted here by someone else so found another one, it's posted by me several posts above and you responded to it. Not sure what you are asking for.
This? "Since then, Thomas, who is married with four grown children, said the two families have exchanged many handwritten letters and phone calls. Every holiday, he sends Michael’s wife fresh flowers." From the article I posted earlier. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...own-the-aisle/

I've read it a couple times, and seen it on a couple different news channels. I would know like to know how its going to be any different then what I said.

Go ahead and call it a nice story, like I said, I'm a little cold-hearted. I would still do what I could to help her feel better; but this is still creepy. Still not sure what point you think you're making.
Saw this. Maybe I'm the cold-hearted one here, but all I thought was HOW CREEPY. She didn't even meet him until right before the wedding. She doesn't care two bits about the guy, its only because its a "piece of her father". I know there was another story just like this the other day. To me, its like adoption, they should NEVER know who it came from unless someone is specifically donating to help a friend or family member to help THAT person. To me that girl needs to let her father go.
I don't want to judge you personally. My belief is that the donor father's family made a deeply personal decision to have the body carved up so that others might live. In my religion we have strict rules against body dismemberment unless it's to save a life.

My point was...oh jeezus why do I fall for this stuff? My point was that this request didn't come out of thin air, that she, 10 years later, asks the guy to walk her down the aisle with no previous connections. They've been in contact. It's nice. There are warm fuzzy feelings between the families. Adriver, you keep referring to yourself as cold-hearted. Your attitude might be unhealthy! I mentioned before that I can be rather cynical. Honey, there are so many sweet internet stories that make me roll my eyes. This is not one of them. Everyone in this story is happy. Why can't you be happy for them?

Sure its a nice story, but I also find it creepy. She did not have him there because they became friends; she had him there because it was a piece of her father walking her down the aisle. (of course I could be wrong, but even if I heard it from her own mouth, I still probably wouldn't believe her. Just my opinion).

Really Cause isn't that exactly what you're doing or you wouldn't have gone there in the first place?? You're also doing it off one single thought that I shared.

Is disagreeing with you judging you?
