These other two roommates should just find an apartment off campus and tell the administration they don't feel safe on campus housing with this particular roommate and I bet you dollars to doughnuts that would take care of the problem pronto and I would also alert my family if I were them as to what is going on and have it on record in case that looney tunes decided to get even . I'm serious people need to take their safety very seriously these days . I mean if you make everyone aware then maybe someone will do something to prevent this whacko self entitled brat from doing this again . Yeah I also wonder what kind of parents raised this young doofus ...

She definitely sounds like someone who needs a single. After my freshman year, I had a single room for the rest of college and it was great! Small, but great.

That was my feeling all along and posted as much. This child is a product of her upbringing. The type of parents who would probably sue the roommate for defamation rather than admit their daughter is the problem.

Clearly will be a mental health issue once she's on campus. Perhaps she should have gotten a single room? Or received a room with students with disabilities? It's hard to imagine this individual doesn't have some type of mental health issue.

When I was in college, we would've worked that out on our own.

Believe it.

Back when dinosaurs walked the earth in the 60's people at the university I attended were allowed to request whomever we wanted as a roommate. A friend and were going to the same university after graduating high school and asked if we could room together. Big mistake. We wound up not being friends for awhile and not after we went our separate ways.

They say "You never know a person until you have lived with them." So true in this case.

I moved and acquired two new roommates about whom I knew nothing. We all got along just fine.

Requesting someone you know to room with doesn't always work out. Rooming with strangers can. At least if you room with strangers and don't get along, no hard feelings when you part company because you will never see then again and mutual friends aren't put in a position to side with one or the other.

You mean white trash as opposed to black trash, which is what you're implying.
