Sounds like either medical issue or old guy hitting the gas pedal instead of the brake.

There are 2 separate incidents. The one today was a young man of 73 driving behind a marching band. The prior incident involved the 25 year old

at 61 years old i would be in favor of some sort of testing for senior citizens at some age to be determined to be required to pass a driving test of some sort .. i actually fear i could not pass the eye test .. my eyes are set and will not focus .. my prescription eye glasses are useless though i am required to wear them when driving .. i can actually see better to drive without them ..but take away my drivers license and who will come take me places ? ..
