The mother closed the window on the other woman's hand during the argument, which is why she went around to hit her. This is how it escalated. Don't assault people because you never know if they're insane or how they will react.
Sounds more like the woman closed the window as it was getting out of control and her hand got in the way. That she was trying to end it and probably getting fearful.
Regardless, that doesn't justify what went on. It's too bad the business owner didn't have a gun. And the assault started with these two not the business owner.
So you think when people are getting abusive to you and especially over something so ridiculous you should stand there and smile?

Someone should raise reward money, I bet the "friends" of those two animals would turn them in really quick after being tempted by some $$$.
What filth. Not only did he punch the kid, he waited until her head was turned and sucker punched her. I bet he's used to beating women, children and people smaller than him.
I'm just waiting for their excuses after they get caught. The inmates in jail are going to have a fun time with that big boy. Criminals have somewhat of a justice system of their own in jail and I'm guessing he's going to be at the bottom of the pecking order. He may be big but that only scares the uninitiated.
Yeah, the fact that guy waited for her to turn her head shows the true level of garbage he is. Can't even give a 15 year old girl 1/3 of his size a chance to defend herself.

Don't blame the victim.
Victim blaming is what our society does best these days. I'm also surprised the owner didn't have a gun being in GA. Anyone that owns a business dealing with the public should have a gun

I am stating the facts, why are you so eager to exonerate the mother and to interpret them in her favor ? If you slam a window on someone's hand, that's assault. No way around that. The ensuing beating is the consequence of what happened earlier.

Why beat the child?
